Gary Fewin

Gary has worked in the oil & gas industry for 43 years. He began his career with Slick Line Co running bottom hole pressures and back pressure tests, and moved to Thurmond McGlothlin – now Thurmond – in 1990. He was instrumental in the industry transition to electronic measurement across the Oklahoma and Kansas region as he and a team of Thurmond technicians installed approximately 25% of the first electronic measurement meters across the 2-state region. Gary has a wide range of industry knowledge and expertise, and is a subject matter expert in gas measurement & calibration procedures and back pressure testing & calculations. He oversees operations for Thurmond’s services division, including five district field offices, as well as the company’s technician training program.
