Measurement
We help solve everyday problems with innovative measurement solutions. Our experienced technicians provide comprehensive natural gas measurement field services across a large, 7-state region: Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Arkansas & Louisiana. Our unmatched expertise allows us to provide a wide range of in-field technical support for natural gas operators, including electronic gas measurement installation, data collection & reporting, meter calibrations, instrument certification, sample testing, auditing, installation & maintenance of measurement station equipment, and gas chromatography.
Fabrication
Our 35,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in Hennessey, Oklahoma, is equipped with the latest fabrication technologies. Combined with our skilled craftsmen and in-house drafting & design department, we go beyond simple welding and assembly to produce high-quality meter runs/stations and instrumentation buildings for natural gas operators (large and small) across the country. Sourcing the highest quality tubing and measurement materials through our long-standing relationships with industry suppliers and partners, we have the resources and in-house capabilities to turn around projects quickly and efficiently – and always to customers’ specifications. We ship products nationwide and to neighboring countries.
Automation
Thurmond has been a leader in the industry’s movement toward well site control innovation and electronic measurement since the early 1990s when our team of technicians installed more than 25% of the first electronic flow meters across Oklahoma and Kansas. With a long history of advocacy and experience in well site modernization, Thurmond continues to embrace the latest technological advancements in automation and controls. The result is near real-time data analysis, increased productivity, optimized performance and more peace of mind for operators.
Environmental
We help natural gas operators demonstrate compliance and satisfy industry regulations for emissions testing, leak identification, leak monitoring, and leak repair. Our emissions testing and environmental leak detection & repair (LDAR) programs help operators reduce gas losses and retain profitable & active well sites while maintaining operator safety, decreasing exposure to surrounding areas, reducing emissions fees, increasing compliance, and documenting all work and progress.
